Earthsong Lodge raises a whopping $7777 for Charity

7777 was a lucky number for the Starship Foundation and the person who won the bid for a fly-in lunch at Great Barrier Island’s Earthsong Lodge

Earthsong’s gift of a dining experience for two people, along with donated scenic flights to Great Barrier Island, raised a whopping $7777 at the Starship Foundation’s Supernova Swing event in September – the highest selling item in Supernova’s silent auction on the night.

“The amount raised will make a real difference for the kids at Starship and is a huge compliment to Earthsong Lodge,” says Trevor Rendle, chef and owner of Earthsong Lodge. “I’ll be creating something very special for the generous bidder who put such a high value on this Great Barrier Island experience.”
